• Free Standard Shipping: On all domestic orders over $550.
• Free Insured Shipping: On all domestic orders over $1500, with insurance coverage for loss or damage up to $5000 (via Australia Post Extra Cover).
• All shipments will include Signature on Delivery to ensure secure receipt of your items.

• Custom-made jewelry typically requires 6-8 weeks for production and delivery, depending on complexity and availability of materials. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
