Please note: All sales are final. As we specialize in vintage and custom-made items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction.

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event that your piece is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you. We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery, and if you notice any issues with the packaging or damage to the item, please contact us right away.

While we cannot offer refunds for damage that occurs after delivery, we’re always here to help with care advice or any other assistance you might need to keep your piece in beautiful condition.
